Qualifications
- Active Health & Life insurance license in your resident state
- Ability to obtain non-resident licenses in target sales states (if applicable)
- Current AHIP certification (required for Medicare sales)
- Experience selling Medicare Advantage, PDP, or Medicare Supplement plans
- Strong understanding of CMS marketing guidelines
- Professional communication and client service skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a 1099 environment
Preferred Experience
(not required but helpful)
- 1+ year Medicare sales experience
- Existing book of Medicare clients
- Experience with CRM, dialers, or lead management platforms
- Bilingual agents encouraged to apply
